Khathu Mphaphuli who is the Managing Director has trained and worked at Atlas Aviation and at Eskom Power Stations in the Control and Instrumentation field where he was involved in maintenance, outages and various projects. He holds a B-Tech degree in Electrical Engineering from VUT and certificates in Business management (SMME) and Project Management and is registered with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) and Project Management South Africa (PMSA).

Nkhumeleni Mamphodo is the Director of Nkm2 Engineering & Construction. He holds a National Diploma in Building, B-Tech degree in Quantity Surveying and certificate in Project Management. He has attended the Eskom Contractors Academy in which Project Management was one of modules offered.

Nkhumeleni Mamphodo has over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry ranging from being a Quantity Surveyor, Construction Manager and Project Manager. He started his career in Quantity Surveying with Stocks & Stocks Building now Stefanutti Stocks. He has worked for various Contractors and Professional Quantity Surveying firms. He has been involved in various projects in the public and private sector. These include his role in projects such as Royal Bafokeng Stadium, Riverside Government Offices, Duelco Housing Project, Platinum Health Medical Centre, Transnet Komatipoort Workshop, Mafikeng Library and Maun District Hospital in Botswana, just to mention a few. Currently, Nkhumeleni Mamphodo is a Project Director on various projects undertaken by Nkm2 Engineering & Construction.
